  • If you could change anything about your job, what would you change?
  • What skills do you use most in your job? What skills did you learn in school and what skills did you need to learn outside of school?
  • How did you end up in your chosen field? Did you have mentors or role models?
  • What was the most valuable lesson that a mentor or supervisor taught you?
  • How did you end up at your current job? If I wanted a job like yours, what would I have to do?
